Finistère, France’s leading maritime department and the birthplace of ocean racing, will be in the spotlight at the Paris Nautic Show, which will highlight the innovation, expertise and vitality of the region’s maritime ecosystem.

Showcasing innovations in the sector: conferences by DGAMPA and Jean-Michel Gaigné, Cap Innovation competition and an area dedicated to recycling and sustainable solutions. A series of events to understand the major developments in water sports.

Offshore racing
Every day

Every day, enjoy exciting moments: immerse yourself in the private lives of the skippers returning from the Transat Café L’Or, discover the Globe 40 and the Class40 adventure around the world, and share the excitement with Alexia Barrier’s female crew as they set off on an unprecedented Jules Verne Trophy attempt. Go behind the scenes of the major races, with an exhibition of ten models of the winning boats from the Vendée Globe since its inception. Finally, a mini SAILORZ festival will extend the offshore experience.

Tahiti, destination in the spotlight

The Polynesian area (Hall 4) will highlight sailing in the archipelago and the incredible richness of its traditions: traditional dances and Polynesian culture, discovery of iconic products (pearls, monoi oil, etc.), workshops to immerse yourself in Polynesian tattoo culture.

The sliding area
Every day

Demonstrations of the latest innovations in the world of water sports: electric foils, electric paddleboards, new-generation hydrospeeds… Immerse yourself in emerging practices and technologies that are transforming water sports.
